Refund policy

We appeciate you shopping with Blue Tomato Tees and want you to be happy. We are a small unique company so we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and shipped back within the delivery date. After 7 days no returns or exchanges accepted.

 NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ,FINAL SALES OR VINTAGE APPAREL


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn , unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products marked Sale, N/R or  Final are not returnable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Being a small but mighty company we do not pay for return shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at bluetomatotees@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days no returns will be accepted. Within the 7 days Items returned are not worn, original condition, with tags and original packaging . No Returns on Final Sale N/R. If your return is accepted,Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once return is accepted within 7 days of receiving, return postmark must be with the 7 days or denied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned are the custom-made ordered T-shirts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final N/R sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 7 days from delivery is accepted.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
